The blueberries I canned 3 or 4 years ago have tiny white specks on some of the berries? Are they still good to eat?
Wow! I really can't say for sure without seeing what you are seeing. Are the white specks "furry"? If so, it is mold for sure. How do they smell?
My safe motto is, "When is doubt, throw it out." It's not worth getting sick.
