Freeze Dried Foods

Has anyone tried freeze dried foods? Have you found one brand better than another?

Freeze dried foods are great!

I personally like freeze dried foods. I have only tried Mountain House, but it's very good. We bought small amounts (in the packets) just to try them. We liked every thing we tasted well enough to consider them for our long term storage.

Try it - I think you'll like it.

I have tried Mountain House, Rainy day Foods and those from Honeyville grain and find them all to be excellent. I prefer the whole foods, but my kids use the pouch meals for hiking trips.
