What does financial collapse mean?

It means that you will be on your own. You will need to be self-sufficient, grow your own garden, learn to live without electricity and possibly city water. Money will be either worthless, or worth a lot!

Think about the old days with the pioneers; that is what it will be like!

Get prepared! (This coming from a teacher who now has again lost her job due to budgets in CA.) I am on the prepared train and am rushing to get settled with all I need and learn to cook with food storage, etc. before everything hits the fan, and if it doesn't GREAT. I will have lost nothing but gained the feeling that be hell or high water I can take care of my family!....
