What food to store next?

I have just started preparing my own buckets with beans and rice with the Mylar bags and oxygen absorbers. What other things can I put up?
Wow! That's an big question. It really depends on what you like to eat. Many people store a lot of wheat, powdered milk, sugar, honey, and all kinds of dehydrated foods. If you choose to store wheat, it may be necessary to invest in a wheat grinder, either electric or hand-driven in case of an extended power outage.

Do you have a 3-month supply of regular foods that you or your family likes? If not, that would be the best place to focus on first. Check this page, Food Storage For Beginners, for some ideas.
If you do, then it would be good to invest in a variety of freeze-dried or dehydrated foods, like fruits, vegetables, powdered eggs and butter, and meat. Check this page, Freeze Dried Food for a review of several brands.
Canned goods are good to have also, but do not have a shelf life as long as freeze dried or dehydrated foods.
