Portion Controlling Food Storage

I'm portion controlling my food storage, dried beans - rice and such if I seal my meals in a FoodSaver bags with an oxygen absorber and then put them in a Mylar bag which is unsealed and then in a 5 gal bucket will this work ok?



You do not need oxygen absorbers if FoodSaver bags are vacuum sealed. One or the other is fine.
